These Terms of Use govern your use of the BLOW AI app, operated by LATR PAYMENTS PTY LTD (ABN 36 695 396 386 / ACN 695 396 386), an Australian company. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (18 years or older in Australia) to use BLOW AI. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Not a Medical or Legal Device

BLOW AI provides estimated BAC ranges based on the Widmark formula and publicly available research. It is a personal awareness tool only and:

• Is not a certified or approved breathalyser or blood alcohol testing device.
• Does not provide medical advice or a medical diagnosis.
• Does not provide legal advice.
• Should not be used as the sole basis for any decision to drive a vehicle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to circumvent drink-driving laws, share your account with others, reverse-engineer or modify the app, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions

BLOW AI offers a Standard subscription available on a monthly ($3.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) basis. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

• Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of BLOW AI is the property of LATR PAYMENTS PTY LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LATR PAYMENTS PTY LTD is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from a decision made in reliance on BLOW AI's BAC estimates, inaccurate estimates resulting from incorrect data entry, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BLOW AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that BAC estimates will be accurate for any individual user.

8. Third-Party Services

BLOW AI integrates with Anthropic (Claude AI) and Open Food Facts. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
